Nagpur, Dec 14 (IANS) England made 277 for seven in the first innings against India at lunch on the second day of the fourth and the final Test at the Vidarbha Cricket Association (VCA) Stadium, Jamtha, Friday.

Nagpur, Dec 14 — England made 277 for seven in the first innings against India at lunch on the second day of the fourth and the final Test at the Vidarbha Cricket Association (VCA) Stadium, Jamtha, Friday.

Debutant Joe Root was batting on 65 while Graeme Swann was on 19. Matt Prior (57) and Tim Bresnan were the two wickets to fall in the first session.
