Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler has confirmed his marriage to reality TV star Kristin Cavallari

In a report released by NFL.com via the Associated Press, Cutler said marriage makes him feel much older.

"I feel old, I really do."

Cutler did not go into any specifics about the wedding, only saying it went off without a hitch.

"It went off without a hitch, so that's all you can ask for."

TMZ earlier reported on June 7 that the couple appeared at the Davidson County Clerk in Nashville, TN and paid $99.50 for a marriage license. Citing sources, the same report says the wedding was held last weekend somewhere in Nashville, the same city where Cutler attended college (he's from Vanderbilt).

It turns out the nuptials were held at Woodmont Christian Church, according to E! Online. Cutler was decked out in a gray suit while his bride was stunning in a strapless white wedding dress.

Cavallari, the former star of MTV reality shows "Laguna Beach" and "The Hills", told US Weekly in May that the wedding is "going to be about 150 people, so not huge. I was never the girl who dreamt about my wedding or any of that stuff, but the wedding how we're planning is exactly what I wanted. I think it's going to be perfect for what we're doing."

Cavallari also tweeted "I'm officially Kristin Elizabeth Cutler!!!!!" on June 7.

The 30-year-old Cutler and the 26-year-old Cavallari got engaged in April 2011 and then broke it off three months later. They later reconciled to witness the birth of their son Camden in August of 2012.

Cutler threw for 3,033 yards for 19 touchdowns to go along with 14 interceptions and eight fumbles for a QB rating of 81.3 in the 2012 NFL season, per ESPN stats.
