South Africa post 230/6 against West Indies

Cardiff, June 14 (IANS) South Africa scored an impressive 230 for six against the West Indies in a Group B Champions Troph match, curtailed to 31 overs apiece after heavy rain, at the Sophia Gardens here Friday.

Cardiff, June 14 — South Africa scored an impressive 230 for six against the West Indies in a Group B Champions Troph match, curtailed to 31 overs apiece after heavy rain, at the Sophia Gardens here Friday.

Colin Ingram struck a brilliant 73 off 63 balls while David Miller, A.B. de Villers, and Faf du Plessis chipped in with 38, 37 and 30 respectively.

Dwayne Bravo took two wickets while Ravi Rampaul, Kieron Pollard and Marlon Samuels all took a wicket each for the West Indies.
