Spain, Italy reach UEFA U-21 final

Jerusalem, June 16 (IANS) Spain and Italy won their games to set up a final showdown at the UEFA U-21 tournament.

Jerusalem, June 16 — Spain and Italy won their games to set up a final showdown at the UEFA U-21 tournament.

In the first semi-final Saturday, defending champions Spain ended the impressive run of dark horse Norway with a 3-0 victory while in the other last four clash, Italy remain on course for a record sixth UEFA U-21 Championship crown after nipping the Netherlands 1-0, reports Xinhua.

The final is scheduled for Tuesday in the Teddy Stadium here.
