The Tennesse Titans and starting right guard Chance Warmack agreed to a four-year deal on Monday.

Jim Wyatt of the Tennessean writes the deal is worth roughly $12.2 million with a signing bonus of $7.2 million. Citing sources who are familiar with the situation, Wyatt says the contract is fully guaranteed which includes offset language and a fifth-year option.

Offset language will allowa team to save money on guaranteed portions of the contract if the player is let go and eventually signs with another team.

NFL.com's Ian Rapoport adds Warmack will receive $5 million once the deal is signed. He will receive $557,118 before the end of 2013, per ESPN.

The development will allow Warmack to join the Titans' training camp on Tuesday after missing four practices. He did work out in Tuscaloosa with cornerback Dee Milliner, his former teammate with the Alabama Crimson Tide, during his absence.

Once terms of the contract were set and agreed on by both sides, Warmack tweeted he's ready to get started. He said,"Time to get to work!"

Titans head coach Mike Munchak says his rookie right guard will be prepared although his missed time with the team may hurt him.

"I think he's excited about this opportunity. He's a guy that watches a ton of tape. Playing well means a lot to him. I think you saw that in college. I think that's why he was so good in college. He worked at it...I think he'll come in knowing that's a lot expected of him. He knows he's going to get a lot of attention when he comes in, the attention he doesn't really want, but it comes with being in the position he's in.

"We've gotten a lot done in the last five days. That's the hard part. It's hard on coaches. You have to spend a lot of time with him because he's missed so much even though he's been through it one time. There's nothing like this kind of competition...He's good enough to play and help us right away, it just sets everything back."

Warmack started 45 games in college while winning three titles with the Crimson Tide along the way. He earned All-America honors as a senior and was selected by the Titans as the 10th overall pick in the 2013 NFL Draft.
