Los Angeles Kings center Jarret Stoll feels "a hundred percent" after having a seizure in early July.

Stoll told L.A. Kings Insider on September 3 that he's perfectly okay now and that what happened was not an issue.

"I feel fine. I feel a hundred percent. That's not an issue. I think it's more of an issue if people talk about it, and it's just one of those things that happened I wish didn't, but did.

"I'm just moving on looking forward to the start of the season. Medically cleared, all those things, had great doctors take care of me in terms of getting ready for camp and being cleared for play. So that's all taken care of."

Kings general manager Dean Lombardi told the Los Angeles Times that Stoll suffered a seizure on July 3. Lombardi had visited Stoll back then and was expected to be released within the same day.

He assured everyone on July 3 that Stoll was okay.

"Everything is okay. They've run some tests and they still had another one to run. The bottom line is that he's fine. Now the issue is what caused it."

Stoll suffered a concussion in Game 1 of the 2013 Western Conference Semifinals after getting hit by the San Jose Sharks' Raffi Torres. He sat out the rest of the series but was able to come back in time for the conference finals against the eventual Stanley Cup champions Chicago Blackhawks.

For his actions, Torres was suspended for the remainder of the series against the Kings.

The Los Angeles Times' Lisa Dillman writes this is the second concussion Stoll has suffered in his career. The first one occurred in the 2006-07 season when he was a member of the Edmonton Oilers.

An ESPN report dated July 3 says Lombardi "chose not to draw a connection between Stoll's concussion history and his seizure."

Stoll is entering his sixth season with Los Angeles and his 11th overall. For his career, he has registered 126 goals and 209 assists for a total of 335 points.
