Durham, NC, October 13, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Members of Old Chatham Golf Club, a prestigious Triangle-based golf club, enjoyed a special event as PGA Tour and Senior PGA Tour professional Corey Pavin joined his long time coach of 23 years, renowned sports psychologist Dr. Dick Coop, for a high energy, interactive meeting with Old Chatham members and their guests. During the 90 minute Q&A, Corey Pavin answered dozens of questions from golfers seeking to improve their games. About 60 Old Chatham members and guests attended the free event, one of many such events throughout the year that are focused on tips and skills for golfers to improve their physical game, as well as how to mentally prepare and approach a round of golf.
Corey Pavin complimented members on the championship quality and natural beauty of their golf course, which he enjoyed playing with his caddie and Dr. Coop earlier in the day.
“Old Chatham is one of my favorite golf clubs to visit,” said Pavin. “It is challenging, yet fun to play. That mix is what defines a great golf course to me.”
