92nd Street Y to be First in Offering R.E.D. Warrior™ in Manhattan

May 12 2014, 9:36am CDT | by

Tampa, FL, May 12, 2014 --(PR.com)-- The prestigious 92nd Street Y will be the first in Manhattan to host a R.E.D. Warrior™ class on May 24, 2014 at 8:45am. This class will be open to the public and will be immediately followed by Red Warrior Nation’s White Warrior™ Workshop and Red Warrior™ Certification for instructors both of which require pre-registration. The fee for the class only is $25.00. 92nd Street Y anticipates putting R.E.D. Warrior™ on its regular fitness schedule in the fall. Visit www.redwarriornation.com for more details.

Ms. Jani Roberts the founder of Red Warrior Nation commented, “We carefully choose the facility in each major market to launch R.E.D. Warrior™ that will communicate to participants the high quality and integrity of our program. It is an honor for us to be able to launch our first class in Manhattan at such a prestigious establishment as 92nd Street Y.”

“We strive to bring new, innovative, fresh fitness programming to our members. R.E.D. Warrior™ has all the characteristics we look for and we are proud to help bring this empowering format to them,” said Karin Lili Ruhe, Group Exercise Coordinator for 92nd Street Y.

The R.E.D. Warrior™ classes are 50-minute fitness focused sessions taught in rounds. Each five-minute round represents one form of martial arts or bootcamp/military training regimen followed by a two-minute active recovery period. Each round also includes motivational guidance to help participants overcome their self-imposed limitations and realize their potential physically and mentally.

White Warrior™ Workshops consist of four hours of online and four hours of hands-on practice for participants to become proficient with the fitness routines, enhance their ability to be present in the moment, and become aware of their inner strength. The workshop is designed for those who wish to focus on using R.E.D. Warrior™ as a vehicle for self-improvement. The Red Warrior™ Certification enables those interested in empowering others to teach R.E.D. Warrior™ classes.

About R.E.D. Warrior™

This combination of mind body practice helps challenge participants to overcome any self-imposed limitations and realize their potential physically and mentally. R.E.D. Warrior™ was created by Jani Roberts, an entrepreneur with 35 years of experience in the health and wellness field. In addition to being the founder of the R.E.D.
