Michael Phelps missed his individual gold yesterday, but still made Olympic History.

US swim star Michael Phelps is now the athlete with most Olympic medals in the history of the games. He scored two medals yesterday. He missed out on gold in his specialty discipline 200m Butterfly, but won gold with the team. Michael Phelps has now 19 medals comprised of a stunning amount of 15 gold. The rest are two silver and 1 bronze medal.

Michael Phelps can still add three more medals in the 2012 Olympic Games in London. It might also be his last Olympic games. Michael Phelps is now 27.
