Oscar Pistorius aka Blade Runner made Olympic History

25-year-old Oscar Pistorius made history by becoming the first amputee sprinter to compete in the Olympic Games, finished last in his semi-final.

Oscar Pistorius reached the semi-finals of the 400m run, but did not make it into the finals. He finished last in the semi-finals with a time of 46.54s. He still made huge Olympic history as first amputee sprinter competing in the Olympics. Pistorious dominated the Paralympics over the last decade has rallied the Olympic fans and huge cheers greeted him in the stadium.

Oscar Pistorius will be back one more time in the 4x 400m relay run. See the "Blade Runner" in action in the photos below.
